I offer accessible ways for adults and children to access gentle yoga techniques, with the emphasis on relaxation and well-being. I run classes & workshops and I offer school and workplace programmes.
My yoga teaching provides a non-competitive environment where you can feel welcome no matter who you are. My classes are inclusive and joyful, and I encourage a strong sense of mind, body and soul connection – ideal for beginners to yoga and those wishing to connect with a slower more classical yoga style.
As well as my yoga endeavors I am an artist and an art education consultant. I am a published author and I teach art in a variety of educational establishments in London, often combining yoga and creativity in workshops.
